I couldn’t get the key out of the front door. I live outside of Tucson. I contacted several companies, but they didn’t service my area. Even though it was late in the afternoon, Old Pueblo gave me a time and kept it. They fixed my existing lock. They could have tried to sell me a new lock. I appreciated that they were honest and came out to my location.
