It’s been over two weeks. I PAID for my key. They forgot to order it. I’m still waiting. $150 later. I guess they just take your money?

My husband and I closed on our house on January 23, 2018 and I called American Lock and Safe (because of their 5 star rating) to re-key all the exterior locks in our home. Mr. Tate fit me into his schedule that same day and had to re-key 8 exterior locks.
He noticed that our locks were placed backwards and that each lock required a different key. He fixed both these issues and now we have one lock to get into our house.
He charged us $10 per lock + $50 fee for mileage etc. Not only did Mr. Tate provide us with a feeling of security but he also was very knowledgeable and a great conversationalist. After two hours, he was finished and we could not have been more please. Highly recommend!
