I just called Peter's Locksmith today and spoke with Omar (Owner?) to discuss a job to be done in my house locks. In the past, I dealt with and engaged a different man, Peter, in this same company; he was pleasant, courteous and patient; he really listen to what I needed to be done and delivered promptly and professionally.
My today experience with Omar was everything but pleasant; he seems to be in a rush, condescending and even rude; he didn't have the patience to deal with me, and flat out told he wouldn't be able to work with me and I better get another locksmith, which I already did. His lost!
