This company is in MA and other states. They only have answering service which you can never get customer service. A young kid tried to replaced deadbolt in my door. He could not hold the drill steady and he chewed up the door. He put a plate on the bolt but the outside of the door has a hole. I called and called their number and keep being disconnected. Then the next day I got a call from someone who said they will be at my home at 7pm. He never came. Call BBB. Don’t
