I called them after my keyfob stopped working. Had purchased a new "generic" keyfob online that i couldn't get to work with my keyfob. Marc (their rep) advised me to come to their location (to save $40 for on-site charges) and quickly got the keyfob to work with my car. Total charge was only $40. Very professional service from a company that understands what customer service means!
