Hey Guys and Gal's if you need a key Made go to Rick's Look and Key Talk to Nathen he is the Man we drove 60 miles to get a fork key made for my 2013 Truck this guy is off the chain had they not been under staffed as is ever place you go now days he would have come to me and Nathan and Tommy was very friendly and very reasonable and took care of us fast and reasonable So guy This is the place to go for you Keys or safes It's at 6496 Brainerd Rd 423- 892 -1700

I purchased a keyless entry lock from Amazon which came with missing parts and damaged parts. Jim Cooper from Rick’s Lock and Key worked for hours trying to make it work. He was able to install it but the coding would never work properly. Jim went beyond the call of duty to try to make this thing work, I really appreciated the effort. Great guy!

I locked my keys in my car tonight and unfortunately my kid was inside. A guy by the name of Paul came to my rescue. Very quick and attentive. He said I didnt owe him a thing! Made me feel like a person and not just another customer! His kind-heartedness couldnt have come at a better time since I had been out if work for a week! Nice to know there are still good people out there. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! GOOD PEOPLE!

These folks are Awesome.!!! Sweet guys that are there to help with sweet personalities. My key broke off in my ignition.. They had that problem solved in 10 minutes! Very reasonable price @ $45.00... And it was worth every Penney. The Lexus dealership was going to charge me $210... And wouldn't have it for 3 days! Highly recommend RICKS LOCK AND KEY !!!!!
