Called the guy and he said he would meet my 92 year old dad the next day to work on a lock. I told him that I didn't want my dad to wait outside for long so to please plan a time. He said he would call the next day. Since he never called by the afternoon, I called him. He said he would be there in 30 to 40 minutes. I asked if that would give him enough time so my dad would not have to wait in the hot sun. He said YES. He never showed. My dad waited for way over an hour. I called the guy back after that and he answered. I told him that he was rude. He asked is your dad still there? (like he would be there). I said NO and told him I just called him back to tell him how rude he was. If there was a zero stars rating I would click that. I have never written a review on google but this was a good time to start. NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY!! I believe in karma.

Wesley was awesome! He was able to help me with a situation that I had been trying to get resolved for several days. He completed the service in a timely manner dispite the situation which made it difficult. It was a pleasure to do business with Spring Valley lock and key Express. Thank you Wesley!!
