Stay as far away from these guys as possible. They sent someone out to rekey two locks on the same door. They were installed incorrectly, and the first technician broke the upper lock. When we called them they sent a second technician to repair the work; he told us he did not have a cylinder to repair the upper lock and would have to come back the next day. After he left, their scheduler called us back and said they couldn't send anyone out the next day unless they charged us for another service call, even though they broke the upper lock! Needless to say, we will be calling another company.....
