I just called to ask about having a safe serviced and some keys cut. The woman who answered was rude and unprofessional. When she asked for my postal code I asked her why she needed that information ( I was about to explain why I don't give out such information unless it is necessary ) and she abruptly disconnected our call.
This is unacceptable and I will not do business with a service that considers this kind of person adequate to speak with their customers. I do NOT recommend this service. If they cannot conduct considerate and professional Customer Relations then how can you trust them to do professional work, or trust them with your security?
