Called to have a lock repaired or replaced. Stated he would call back later in day. Have not heard from him and now he is closed for 2 days. Was abrupt in tone of voice when my husband made initial call.

Good service! Todd came out in the middle of a snowstorm when no other local locksmith would or even answered. Hard worker with strong work ethics. There for i will recommend T G Lock & Security!
