A person came from Team locksmith pretty quickly BUT I needed a receipt with correct information to AAA for reimbursement. The man that came charged me way more than the $127 quoted.

He charged me $250 because he said it was the middle of the night even though he was wide awake and arrived in 15 minutes so he was close by. The receipt called the Scope of Work a Home Door Lockout which I’m sure is more work than the balloon ge used to open the window and get his device into open the lock. It took him less than 5 minutes. I’ve been calling for almost two weeks to get a corrected receipt. The person they say will call me never does.

They told me that again today at 11:31 am and I called back few minutes ago at 6:10 pm. The man was rude and hung up on me when I asked what number I could the supervisor named Joseph on. And now he will not answer my calls. I would not trust them on appropriate charges for work completed.
