After using this vendor for the past 25 years, something has drastically changed. An order was placed for HID cards on 8/5 and still no cards. Repeated attempts to get an ETA on when to expect the order have been ignored (both email and vmails), including one last ditch effort in the form of 2 voicemails yesterday that went unanswered. So, we have taken our business needs elsewhere.
