Extremely disappointed customer

Under no circumstances go with this outfit!!!

They installed a double deadbolt on my door. One day I was unable to open it from the outside. I had them come out and I was told by the owner of the business that the person who installed it needed to attach extensions to the lock because the size of the door is 1 and 3/4 inches.

I was told that he would come out the following Friday.
Ever since then it has been only a run around. I made an appointment two and a half months later and nobody showed up!

When I called the business as to why this was I was told that he didn't have access to the appointment schedule. When I called a second time two days later I was told that I never made an appointment. It really saddens me to write this review because overall I was happy with the work that was done.

I am so upset about this and my only recourse is to attempt to warn others through a Google review. I can no longer enter my home through the door that they worked on. They simply take zero accountability for their work! What you are told depends on who you are talking to. This business is terribly run.

Doesn’t open on time and has customers just stand outside more than 30 mins passed open time on the door. This guy is a jerk and rude deserves NO business!!! Treats employees like there his slaves!

Just called to ask about supplying and programming a keyless remote. Answer - Maybe, we would have to order a remote and it will take a week to 10 days. I said, I can order a remote and get it in two days. Can you program it? Maybe, but we would charge you our price for the remote and the cost to program, even if you purchase the remote somewhere else. "You don't take your eggs and bacon into Denny's and ask them to cook it for you" - My response - You just lost my business.
