I called to set up appointment to have car key and fob made for my daughters car. They told me to call the day I want to get this done an hour before I want to get it done. I took the day off from work and switched cars with daughter. I called at 11 am and was told I would get a call back in a few hours. No call back so I called again at 3 and was told once again I would get a call back in a little while. It is now after 6 PM and no call. A wasted day by a waste of time business.
