This location and address is fake, there is no one to talk to locally because the answering service personnel is working out of the country. Plus they charge extremely expensive! 345 total for my dor to get unlocked , a simple front door apartment. What gives the right to quote on the phone 15 and service 20 and up and I ended up paying , which I refused ofcourse the cost of almost a brand new lock??? I ended up calling another company and the locksmith charged way less.
