I have been trying to get ahold of TY and he is not answering my phones messages or emails. Do not know what is going on. Paid him to replace my door handles and have not received them at this time because Louis Molinet from Empire Flooring broke the door latch to my house. Cost of replacing the door handles $1,200.00. Previous jobs, Ty has been excellent. Now, I do not know what is going on (left in the dark). I have not heard from him since Jan 24, 2021.
