I would give no stars if I could. This place is unethical. I paid $200 for a new car key. I was told there was a warranty and should bring the key back with the receipt if anything goes wrong with the key.
Well, my remote stopped working. I took the key back and the (white) manager was rude and dismissive to me and refused to honor the warranty stating I could pay for a new battery If I want to, but they cannot do anything. The Latino people there were courteous but deferred to the rude man.
Get your locksmith needs taken care of at a shop where you are treated with respect and your business is appreciated. Don't waste your time at Webster Lock and Hardware on East Fordham Road!
